Hello.
Recently acquired a Series 3 Land Rover. MOT tomorrow and while doing some basic checks I noticed that the hinge of the passenger side wing mirrors has snapped. Can't find the part number or any information about how to remove and refit it in my books? Any advice available? I'm very new to all this maintenance stuff. Please forgive my ignorance.

Sounds like you have the later Fender hinge mounted mirrors. Common upgrade.

I like the original wing mounted mirrors but they are next to useless :p

Oh....and welcome

May the gods of Land Rover maintenance and Sean look down favourably on our Landy as she goes in for her MOT today. I only noticed 2 failures on her before I handed her over.... so every chance she might pass!

That's not to bad, biggest job I would have thought is the bushes in the spring. I can see what you'll be doing this weekend :p

Look at some of the posts on here that fail is not so drastic, bit of rolling around on a cold driveway coming up.
