Hello, quick intro.
The first car i ever drove was a Land Rover series 2 ( friend of the family when caravaning age 12 , thirty something years ago). I am still caravaning using an Audi 3lt Allroad A6, I have always wanted a Land Rover defender and due to a sad inheritance I will be able to finally own one shortly. I am keeping the Audi for long distance with the caravan as its so easy to tow with but I want a 90 to play with. I am a mechanical factory technician ( not much experience on cars but good with metal and tools and electronics ), I live in Northeast Northumberland Ne22 area .
I am looking for a Defender 90 after 2002 Reg , any help or advice for when looking for or checking over a Defender ? Also the trim levels seem a bit confusing some seem to have all the bells and whistles and others very little are these options or depend on the version ?
Any good dealers in my area worth keeping an eye on for Defenders ?
