Hi all,

I have just joined your community seeking some help.

I've a series ii that I love but need to get up and sold. I'll no longer be able to store it on the land it is on so it needs to go.

I stripped her down at a point where I thought time was on my side but now I'm in desperate need to get her rewired, running and ready for sale.

So... does anyone know of a good electrician/mechanic I can procure the services of to get this old thing serviceable?

Thanks in advance of any suggestions.

Welcome, I am afraid I think you need someone a bit more capable than a mechanic and an electrician.

You need to get the hang of this.
We don't know what series you have or how much wiring you have left.

Its not difficult, if you have some good loom left and tell/show what you actually have, its all probably doable by you if you give more info.
If you can take care of the bodywork then you are capable of doing the wiring;)

There's a real wizz on here for wiring series so given the right info he will make you job so much easier to keep the smoke in ;) .

It's a series iia. -ve earth.

The loom is all there, it's just a mess and confuses the hell outta me.

Probably could DIY it but I don't have the luxury of time. It needs to be gone soon.

I just figured if there was so.eone knowledgeable local to me they would be able.to take a look amd give me a quote.
