New member, transplant from Norwich now living 30 miles north of Detroit in the US.

Proud owner of recently imported 1993 Defender. Let the fun begin.

Do have a question - can anyone help me identify the wheel type on this vehicle? I cannot find anything using the wonderful world of Google....

Hello!
I don't know about the US, but over here those wheels were from the Mk1 Discovery.

You have Cyclone 16" rims, off of a D1 or RRC.

Is it a trick of the light/angle of photo, but those look too sharp to be the Disco wheels?

They look like round ones to me

They look like cyclones to me, off a D1/RRC usually, never seen them on a fender but they can fit apparently.
Have a look on the rim - they will have a number like this

NTC 7739 is cyclones.

That's the ones! I had them on my Defender but they needed spacers, and I don't like spacers. I still have the wheels - for sale! And a spare!

ANR 1639 ones ^^^ are nice, they are D1/RRC also. Think they are called ‘freestyle’ or something?
Centre caps are worth few bob even half mangled
