Good day to you all. I have just purchased a 1982 Landrover SWB petrol for my Son for his 21st - it was his dream car, however I think it is turning into my worst nightmare. I needed to do more research before buying. Now I need Honest advice.

Welcome to LoonyZone. :)

Can I suggest that you remove your postcode from your location and use something more general ;)

Hi and welcome!

Landies can be a money pit, especially if you get one that has been neglected or if the chassis and bulkhead are shot. Lots of good help and advice on here though, just let us know what has happened.

Welcome, I am sure there will be answers to your questions. There are a lot of knowledgeable folk on here!

Hi, I can't help with a series 3 question but there is a dedicated part of the forum here:
https://www.landyzone.co.uk/forum/series-land-rovers.6/

If you post your question there it will be seen by those who are more knowledgeable than me!
