help i need to bleed my clutch
is it a simple job or a garage
i changed the LUK slave last year so hopefully its not popped again
Anu advice will be grateful
 
What model/engine?
If FL1 TD4 it's probably the master cylinder has failed. At least that's what happened to me after I replaced the clutch and slave.
If it is the master has failed DO NOT fit a cheap after market unit as they are total cr@p.

I just read your previous post and spotted the useless answers from the Trattors, unfortunately when you stray away from the relative safety of the Freelander section you can expect that kind of nonsense.
So it is a TD4 and you replaced the slave without changing the clutch. I don't know if that's crazy or brave. :eek:
Still thinking master cylinder though and unless you want a horrible clutch that's on the floor and crunching gears then only fit OEM master.
 
i did not change the clutch it was only replaced a year before i bought the car
i changed both the slave a LUK one and the master both from europarts
does not high rev or no clutch slipping when driving
the pedal as always been low but now i need to pump no fluid in engine area i can see

If the clutch was recently changed then why did the slave fail? :confused: No decent mechanic would change one without changing the other which begs the question what quality of clutch would such a mechanic fit?
What way did you bleed the clutch when you changed the master last time? IIRC you need to pressure bleed them but I'm no expert and last time I did it the clutch was never great. Having said that my master came out of a britpart box so I've always blamed poor quality parts for the issue so I repeat what I said earlier, do not fit an aftermarket master cylinder or you will have ongoing problems.
