Key issue all sorted thanks to Hunters, had to laugh though when I arrived the (extremely attractive) young lady at the service desk was all professional and yes sir no sir but when she asked me which method of payment I'd be using and I said none as it was a free job via the parts department she looked less than impressed but after I insisted she spoke to the manager all was sorted and she got her smile back, no problem whatsoever to get the key programmed but after asking if they could diagnose why the remote key fob didn't work I thought I'd scored a right result when they informed me that the fob itself was kaput and they could do me a new one there and then for £55, another hour later they reappeared to say the fob just wouldn't programme to the car and that expensive investigative work was needed via another workshop booking.....er.....no I think I'll do without it thanks!
All in all I was impressed with Hunters customer relations and hospitality, to be honest I'd expect nothing less from them but fair play they've rectified the key issue at no extra cost to me so all in all I'm happy
