I had a June 2005 Range Rover Vogue 3 litre TD and it was not one of the best. When I sought to extend the warranty from year 4 to year 5, LR declined. I owned the car from new, and lost track of the times it let me down on the road. More than half a dozen anyway, mainly transmission problems, though injectors failed, and so did the air pump for the suspension. I lived in the Isle of Man at that time, and depended on the car because we were commuting to Liverpool regularly to enable my son to be treated for a spinal tumour. The R-R was just about the only vehicle at that time that would carry a wheelchair without the need tp disassemble it We now liv in Shropshire as it is convenient for the national spinal centre at Oswestry for him to receive care as he needs it
