1985 90, fitted with 300tdi / LT77 box, disco rear axle:

How do I go about getting a new exhaust system? Is there stuff off the shelf that will do the job or do I need to go custom made?

buy a complete 300 tdi system and fit brackets to chassis to suit

The 300tdi is from a Disco I believe...will that matter re the downpipe?

makes no difference the engines are the same, down pipes fit the same ,you may need to shorten down pipe
