Hoping i can get sime advice re my 2018 Discovery 5. Low mileage at 23k miles. Noticed a whining noise fron the front right ( as you face the car) side of the engine bar. Whine gets faster as you accelerate. Wondered if its a water pump bearing or similar. Any ideas??

Do you mean the noise changes with road speeds or engine speed (revs)

A, this is the General section, correct protocol is to go to the introduction section, say hello then move on to the disco section for answers to your questions.
B, remove your postcode from your location, general area will do ie MK, or anything really.
C, I would be getting a garage to take a look at the car, you cannot guess on the modern stuff as parts are just to costly.

Hello all. Thanks for the comments and apologies for not following the protocol! Got it booked into the dealership to get it checked out. Sadly warrantly ean out in March this year!
