hi all ,
been down to landrover today , just got the code to reactivate the radio after changeing the battery !!! for unknown reasons 4 digits have appeared in the radio face have tried to reset the radio ,takeing the live terminal off the battery but cant seem to reset radio to take new code any ideas oh its a proper discovery radio

If you have entered a wrong code, you have to leave it along for a couple of mins (with the ign on position 1)

(if you entered it wrongly twice, the delay doubles, 3 wrongs it trebles etc etc, so 3 wrong attempts will = 6 mins delay !!!

Patience is a virtue !!!

Did you get sorted out in the end robint?

Same thing happened to me and I eventually found that by pressing and holding the BND (Band) button, the words 'CODE IN' popped-up and I could enter the code. Now works fine

mine just comes up with CODE when the batterys bin off, an you turn it on for first time,
whack in the code an i'm away
strange that shuold happen to you


did you sort it anyway?
