Hi everyone. Just preparing to start my first ever major rebuild, 200 tdi defender, so may need heaps of help. Although I'm in Australia I like the way you guys mix practicality with humour, my style. Hope we can be friends.

Actually I'm a pom from Enfield, so there's still a sense of humour left, even after having most of my brain removed to become an aussie citizen. By the way, it's not all Toyotas here, thank god. What is this obsession with leaf springs about anyway.

Gidday fellow Aussie. Welcome to the Maaaaad house. I have found this forum very helpful and interesting. I`m in North East Victoria. Where are you situated? I drive a 300 Tdi 110 wagon...heavily modified for outback travel. Seen a bit of Oz...always ready to see more. Cheers!!
