Hi ANYBODY GOT ANY IDEAS WHAT BATTERY I NEED FOR MY SERIES 1 DISCOVERY ,THE CAR IS IN FRANCE (FRENCH REG] and i am back in england, my problem is the terminals are different way round to the suppliers recomendations . i need a 072 with the positive on the r/hand side as you look at the front of the battery.as my battery then goes in backwards ,so the positive is on the l/hand side (hope this makes sense, anyway any help .ideas would be helpfull.
Get the biggest one that will fit in the gap. Agricultural suppliers are good for large, cheap batteries.

Maybe as easy as that, unless the terminals are then at the front of the battery. The correct orientation of the battery, terminals are positioned at the rear.

Thanks for replys .would be easier to turn battery around if the leads were not so short also dont want to cross them over each other,so positive has to be on right hand side. thanks for all replys anyways.
