Hi folks,

Can someone confirm if I am just being hopeless, or whether or not it is in fact impossible to change the neutral switch without lowering the transmission.

It seems to be in a completely inaccessible location to me. I can touch it, but that's about all - don't think I can get any kind of tool on it and haven't even managed to remove the connector.

Cheers!

I know you can change the reverse light switch, BUT, the neutral is a bastard so I think you will have to lower the gearbox. Sorry:(:)

Yep, I've already located the reverse switch, and that's easy to get off with a small ratchet spanner. I can just get the tips of my fingers onto the neutral switch and there's no conceivable space to get any tool in there that I could see.

I was really just seeking some affirmation that I wasn't being a complete numpty and missing some obvious way to get at it...
