Hi all...so I've gone thru my drivers seat :(

Yesterday I was driving and the hessian/rubber in the seat base went so now I'm riding round sat on that metal brace with a fleece wedged above it, which obviously needs sorting.

Just a couple of things before I pull it out:-
1) is there a common popular fix?
2) Can I straight swap the front seats round so I can have a seat while I fix the other?

Cheers

Thanks, I looked earlier, and when I saw the price I looked no more, I can buy a lot of seats for that

I've been out and had a look at my seat cos a lad I know said they are poo to get out...turns out it's five bolts and takes about three minutes, so my torn diaphragm is now out and ready to fix and the seat is back in and packed out for comfort.

Cheers

Well, I swapped my passenger diaphragm into my drivers seat cos it is like new then removed the cd multichanger from under the drivers seat then back in the seat goes and it's now feeling like new :). Then I acquired a pvc envelope type thing and cut some holes in it for the pins to come thru then packed it out with some foam to make up the size difference then in that went as well (not my first, or second plan but the best I could do on the day)...and wot do ya know...the passenger seat is now REALLY comfy, but in the passenger side

Doh
