at the end of my wits with this truck, just need advice. My '96 gems 4.0 will start on ether, but not on its own fuel. The fuel pressure goes to just below 30 when turned on, but it's apparently not firing the injectors, I think... how can I check further for issues?

Help plz

Rave is the land rover CD ROM bible. Can't help you with gems myself sorry, I only play with hotwire and carbs. 30 would be low for hotwire.

Not helpful to your current situation but thought I'd point out if gems ever gets the better of you, you could change to a distributor front cover, low pressure fuel pump and a suitable inlet you could run a 4 barrel carb

Are they allowed to replace a vehicles EFI system with carbs in the USA then.?

Oddly enough, these tires save half shafts! They never spin so I have yet to kill a front and only popped one rear this year, and I thrash it HARD! Haha the Tire killers were the sticky rock crawling tires
