I'm rebuilding my 90 on a galv chassis, the chassis came with bolts and bracket welded in place for the upper link, but the bolt rattles in the bush insert. Am i better to enlarge holes in the bracket to fit original bolts ( that fit the bushes), or will it be fine with the smaller diameter bolts?

Hi mate

i replaced the bushes as there was a sticker on the chassis saying which ones to get, bolts they supply fitted ok. What company did you get your chassis from?

it was from Richards , the upper link brackets' part of the chassis with 15mm bolts supplied, i have poly bushes fitted to the A frame but the bolt diameter is 18mm. I also just ordered OE bushes but they're 18mm bolts too

i got mine from marslands which has welded on brackets too, can't remember what size the bolts were, i'll go and have a look for the part no. for the bushes

just had a look, part no. is ANR 4164 and its for a 16 mm bolt which was supplied with my chassis
