i want to order a part as one of my spares for our Coast to Coast. I’ve broken it twice already on other trip. Can’t order it online because I don’t know what it’s called. It’s a linkage thing that works the change from high to low box. When it’s broken before the centre seat and panel had to come out so I could swap between boxes with a crowbar.

Anyone find me a link.

I do believe it is called a range-change linkage - seriously.

If you broke it twice I'd suggest some tlc on the actual actuator on the box itself too - sounds like its dirty and seizing (likely to be covered in crud and some corrosion), then with a new linkage Bob's yer Wotsit I would think.

Someone who actually knows a part number is bound to be along very shortly - good luck, A

See ......even beat me to it!!

Looks like one of the 'Rod Assemblies' you're describing? Enjoy

Hmm Not that easy then. Thanks for that I will have to see if I saved the broken part somewhere. I probably did.

Item 16? (assuming correct gearbox type)
