Has anyone had any (sucessful) dealings with Navteq, satnav update disc suppliers for LRs? If so how the h*ll did you do it all I get is an automated email saying we will reply within 2 working days - which they never do.

What year disc do you want? They're not always up to date even when you buy the current one. My D3 has inbuilt sat nav & I upgraded the disc two years ago.

nope, tried to contact em a couple of years ago for a noo disc for my 406, never answered emails, when I phoned em they'd "get back to me" an never did, so ended up acquiring one from someone.

Just got a 2012/2013 GB & Ireland update disc from here:

VDO Dayton non C-IQ Navteq 2012-2013 Sat Nav CD Disc- Great Britain & Ireland | eBay

Came from Thailand.... :embarrased: is it genuine??? Not installed it yet - see mt MS 3100 satnav thread in the Discovery section.
