Hello.

The Nant y Moch area is right on my doorstep so i've no excuse for not driving it.

Can anyone tell me if the BOAT 's detailed on the OS map are passable in with a standard disco 1 ??

Used to lane this area a lot until about 2 year ago (poss a little more) - there were some good tracks back then with some needing a bit of care.

A lot of it is SSSI

Most of the tracks have now been closed by the local auth.....you would have to check for any TROs on the BOATs....these were clearly signed with usage iirc at start/end.

Passable in standard disco1 - yes, very much so....

anyone know where to look for info on which lanes are available to use within Ceredigion?

Lots around there, I was doen there over christmas. You will need more that road tyres and go along with someone else. But yes most can be done with a standard 4x4.
