What is the big thing with nanometer? I have access to a snap on code reader a normal code reader and 2 specialists locally.
Is it something I should still consider? Does it show more than a code reader does? Td5 defender btw and a disco 3

It not just shows it can enter into the deepest nooks of it's brain, show live data and all inputs/outputs and program all kind of things, sync keys, etc or even remap on latest modells(I mean Td5s), those OBDII code readers are a joke when it comes to Td5, even if it connects and shows codes they might not be the right ones cos the wrong protocol is used.... it's simply not compareable

Or in layman's terms Nanocom Evo is 'the dogs bollocks'

I've seen nanocom on ebay and £350+ and on nanocom website at £260...
They both seem the same as each other.
Why the price difference?

While BBS make an excellent product by all accounts and members are free to sing it's praises and organise group buys etc as a company that has joined LZ as individuals to promote it's product and declined to sponsor the forum in any way I'm not inclined to allow the posting of direct promotional material.

Their reputation speaks for itself, in several ways.

Apologies for starting this thread.

I've only recently purchased my D2 and having owned D1's and FL1's (L series and Td4) the Nanocom has only just become of interest to me (although I own a Hawkeye for the Td4).

I'm a private individual with no link to the manufacturer other than seeing their Xmas promotion on social media.

I was genuinely sharing info and didn't realise this would be an issue, I certainly won't post any more contentious links.
