i have found some 4nattached wires im not sure what are for. there are some wires that come off the main loom near the master cylinder. there are 2 sets of wires, one goes through to the brake light switch, and im not sure what the others are for? any ideas? its a 72 21/4 petrol.

one is white (i think)

the other is blue and white (i think)

there both a bit faded. hope this helps!

The blue/white is probably the cold start/choke warning light - goes to a switch built into the original choke cable with a black wire to earth. Could the other one be the brake fluid pressure differential switch wire? Would normally go to a switch in a block with the two brake circuit pipes going through it and indicate a failure of one brake circuit.

hhm the first sounds most likely, as its had a new choke cable fitted. needs more investigating!!
