I/we have done this truck entirely at weekends as i work 100 miles away monday-friday :( :(

When you're ready for the beadlock ring to go on, spray some hair lacquer around the bead. Seriously. We used it on Bike handlebar grips and tyres, it's slippery to start with but dries sticky ... ;)
 
I've already had em off and used a load of flexible silicone sealant. Hopefully they'll seal better when they've been used a bit
