I like the look of where this is going Matt. My old rusty Disco is going to be heading this way too one day.
Can you explain the wheelie bin on the front though?
Is it to keep ya ropes handy or to ensure that nobody kicks ya lunch (which would be otherwise on the back?

cheers Bruce:cool2:

thanks bruce hahaha no its bin day and there is a trailer behind so I had to push the landy near the bins sorry haha and yeah on the back you can kinda see where im going to bobtail and the pillars are going to be cut off it was just so I could cut the roof off

Looking good so far. I used a sheet of steel for my rear with box section supports inside.
you can weld al the panels apart from the external wings fyi.
and yea pretty epic for a 15y old!.

Any tips for the tray back conversion? It will eventually be happening to mine as it becomes a challenge truck. going to be doing something a little different though I recon.

my only tip is to start with a non rusty car but its abit late for that lol. i dont really know what im doing, iv'e just made it up as iv'e gone along.

mine Was a surprise I didn't have hardly any rust the guy before did quite a good job but if I was you josh I would get an external roll cage i can see you started to get one but with my roll cage like im going to get one that runs into the tub like this orange one
