storm99, it says nothing about vat on the website at £6995, and customers would not pay the vat on it anyway cos it is not a vat registered vehicle...there was no mention of vat anywhere in ebay advert either, so i think you are talking ****...

and anybody who reads all these threads from the beginning can see that you are all foul mouthed abusive morons, and i just wanted to show off the gaylander, not once have i put any spam or advert on here...

Vat up to date thanks boys !!!! complain away...!!!

AND THE ADVERT ON THE WEBSITE SAYS SOLD IF YOU READ IT, I LEFT IT ON SO PEOPLE COULD SEE THE GLORIOUS VEHICLE...

So what are you attempting to do when you state on the ebay ad that your boss can accept credit cards on your behalf?? You are the boss. You are attempting to de-fraud at least the buyer into believing you are a private seller...

Please clear this up for us foul mouthed morons.

Will they not also see that you thought you were being clever until found out???

the folk on here are a very friendly bunch and a great source of help for fixing landys, your problem is you have come on here flaunting your wares and then spat your dummy when told that we didnt agree that it looked good.

you have lied to potential customers from here, had a genuine enquiry on ebay and amazingly found receipts for work done after telling the buyer there was no records. Would a reputable seller not check all paperwork before advertising?

also iirc your first post in introduce yourself (a while ago admittedly) was actually a post trying to spam the motor that you have now sold.

not really the innocent party are we

Nutshell !

er, thought it would be if you used a credit card?Seing as its a credit agrement between two partys and non of them are the seller?

If you want the benefit of the doubt then tell me why, on your ebay advert, you say it is your boss who can take credit/debit cards when it is blatantly you.

The only reason i can think of is that you don't want to fulfill your obligations as a dealer and therefore tried to sell it as private and avoid any comeback if/when problems arise with the vehicle.

Go on...nows your chance to set the record straight.

he's probably just a valet munkee pretendin he's the boss or summat

No, we established a while ago hes not..his username here is same as ebay, and the email is the same for his business..even got his first name and his wifes on the website..

I'm sure he'll be along in a bit to put the record straight....

fookin ell, e's got a bird hangin on his arm?? after ownin that gaylander, must be a post op tranny or summat....

Correct me if im wrong but he's said that the GAYLANDER was done up through the buisness (im assuming using company money)? then sold as a private car, have i read that right?? cos if that is how it was done TAX man don't like that, righting off private car expenses against the company. But please feel free to correct me if i have read it incorrectly :D

Interesting, this thread has become of interest to many people I see, no doubt that someone that has seen it is involved in HMR&C.

It has got very hot today in here. why would some one keep comming back for more, and keep droping himself in a deeper hole -anyone got a long handled shovel.

As i see it so far, dealer buys knackered cars, dose them up in a company which they may be or may not be the boss, then sells them privately, seems not to know the full history of paper work, but can find it a few hours after being asked, does not know wether work has been done on them.

Bearing in mind that he does pimp's Landys and sells them, surely he would want to be showing a good caring dealer attitude so that the guys on LZ that like the sort or pimping that is carried out on them would purchase from him.... sorry he missed his chance he how he has conducted himself would put me and no doubt's many others on here.
