So 3 months after having the dash out to replace the heater matrix the right side blend motor has decided to stop working might be a sticking flap but guess not with my uck so it will be dash out again :(:mad:

Ah yes remember the brake pipes on mine well no deal afraid as I can get the dash out in under two hours but those brake pipes good luck

What's the score with brake pipes then coz I got an advisory. Are they really hard to do? Expensive?

No not that bad if you go at them logically and don't rush

+1 nic I've done loads using copper pipe and a flaring tool and a cheap pipe bender , you can bend them so far but too far and they will kink .
You get lots of copper pipe so you can CAn practise

Always make sure flaring tool it tight and leave about 2 mm exposed before you squeeze too much or to little makes the convex or concave wrong you could get the whole kit did less than £50 and do more afterwards

No need to take out dash, see RR.net for short cuts.
Make sure it isn't just a loose connector back of HEVAC unit first, easily done if you take out radio, easier than heating unit:)
