Okay, will do!

Plans, erm, ideally I want a 2" lift, and get rid of some surface rust atm, then anything.

Also, my fuel cap doesn't lock, the ones on Ebay look different? Any ideas??

Luke

Hiya mate, ya 90 looks sound, what's the chassis like? I've got a 1990 90 and it came with the fuel cap without a key but the ones with a key ( lockable) on eBay fit- they will state your model in description. About a tenner!
How much it cost ya?

Thanks guys!

Cost me 2.500 and a 4 hour round trip lol

It's had a new rear cross member fitted, new battery, pre heat wiring, new fuel tank and a cubby box, needs a bit of work underneath, but It's what I expected being this old!

4 hours, bet that was nerve racking,

Mine was 3 hours and every knock and clunk worried me. That and a pair who dived straight off motorway lights straight into the front making a right mess!!

Thanks guys.

Not sure about the wheels.

A few people are saying NI, so it must be, guessing I can't put them back on in this country? I have the certificate thingy for both plates.

Was only a two hour drive home, got a lift down there in the pimp machine (Pink Kia)

Have 2 weeks off work, so I should be trying sort out the bloody chassis rust! Any tips?

Luke :)

Talk about nerve racking- when I bought my 1990 90 off eBay I had to get train from Liverpool to London then London to Norwich, then I drove it bk down to London were I picked up a disco 200 tdi engine, gearbox and transfer box. Then drove bk to Liverpool!
It made it tho, so a good road test I thinks lol

Ps. I did join the aa before I left haha
