That place haunts me now :( haha, looks great!

We'll get you round there again, but going down.....your love it. :D

There's nothing like that round here:(
How did the new tyres perform?

They were awesome mate, so much grip and flex....love em. You'll have to get your self up here. :D

Nothing in South London like that

Yeah, I guess there won't be......get your self to Salisbury plain. :D

You want to drive up to Highbury Islington then... :(

So.. these modulars are great and so is the tyre size. I think we're getting somewhere! Have you lifted it? What is your spec concerning suspension, wheels and tyres etc now then? How did you fit the centre caps?

Yep, it's got a 50mm lift kit, camber correction bolts (every thing about my Hippo is in this thread ;) ). Not sure what offset the wheels are as they are second hand. At a guess I'd say et20-25 as they stick out nearly as far as the OE wheels (et45) with 30mm wheel spacers. No spacers fitted with the modulars. :)

With 235/70/16 tyres I can get my hand between the tyre and suspension cup, so no clearance issues. They have the same size side wall, and a couple of mm bigger diameter than the 205/80/16 tyres. :)

Groovy... Have you a link to where you bought the modulars? I have read all this thread, but a lot has happened in my life since then and I have no doubt forgotten much of it... ;)

Car looks frickin' awesome on them! Mine looks the same as yours but black and no light guards so should be good with these on!

Brought the modulars second hand, he can't remember the offset either.

Cheers mate. :D......there's a black 3 door on mud freelanders with mods fitted, looks cool. :D

You can get 5 for that price from 4x4tyres.co.uk

With Free delivery

Exactly what I did, £174 delivered, and £21 for 21 new wheel nuts delivered from Island 4x4, not paying the dealer price of £1.92 each +VAT.

I went to 4x4 tyres a couple of years ago and they're good blokes there and proper Landy nuts...

Btw, how did you fit those wheel nut covers and where from?

Centre caps came with the wheels, and the seller had made some adapter rings to hold them on. :)
