Hey, my partner and I bought a defender 90 yesterday, she used to be someones project, but they only got part way into doing her up, can anyone recommend where we can get 1988 defender 90 parts at a reasonable price?

I like using a mix of famour four, and lrdirect, at the moment. famour four seem to default to good quality components where possible - i.e. they use timken bearings when they sent me a bearing kit. lrdirect are great too, declaring the various makes available. They also have a "LRD workshop approved" tag on some of the makes..... generally nothing made by britpart has that tag!

Welcome to loony zoon pal, when you say she used to be someones project are you talking about the tratter or your partner? :D

There is a full part number list on the defender section which makes it easier to compare prices on the net

I get most of my parts from lr direct, and as above you can choose which brand you want to avoid getting any useless cheap ****'e.

LR Direct get my vote, and if your unsure - ring them up, they are good on the phone
