No not me... the car!

Hi all, well I have found a small hole on the bottom of the air bladder near the bump stop, its on the front N/S which seems to be the one that goes first from what I have been reading.
I have searched the forum and cant find anything that relates to the L322 but have been searching the internet and found some useful info via youtube vids etc,
So what Im looking to do is change the bladder and I think Dunlop have the repacement part & they may be the next port of call, has anyone else had this experience that they can share please,or point me in the right direction.

Thanks Chris.:)

Thanks for reply Bemble and the link,I'm sure I will be ordering the complete unit anyway, but apart from a rubber bladder what a waste of an otherwise perfect suspension assembly, surely if the bag could be replaced you would be looking at around £60 an about an hours work to change it.
I know I sound like a tight arse but I cant get my head around the waste,I'm sure if this was replaced by a MAIN dealership they would whip my old one off and pass it down the line to a refurb outlet....Bloody hell now I sound tight and cynical!
Rant over many thanks.

Hi Chris, I'm just getting mine done at the moment - did not read the advice about replacing the whole assembly first,(which may have been a mistake), just called my local garage and asked how much - £90 for each bag from LR Maindealer and a couple of hours labour - so both my front ones are being done for about £350 - which sounds better than £528 plus labour & VAT. I hope I don't live to regret it....

Hi Nick,I rang Dunlop yesterday and spoke to a very helpful chap who made sense by saying that although I would be upgrading the suspension with a new bladder the other components dampers etc may have fatigue and wear (as they are 7 year old and may also need replacing sooner or later and so a complete suspension replacement is a sure fix to the problem.
What Bemble said about others & popular opinion makes alot of sense now and I have a unit ordered and on its way.
All that said I hope it all works out well for you and you have many trouble free years of driving ahead ; )
