Read up on it now and stand by what I said.
Poppy is not satisfied with the service she received from flux and that's fair enough but it was an entirely avoidable scenario.
Just think Adrian flux are getting slagged off quite a bit here while the insurance company and 3rd party insurer aren't even named.

Personally, i'm grateful of Poppy bringing her unfortunate situation to the attention of us all... I have now moved all my insurance away from A/F (which turns out to be cheaper too! Bonus!)
