I've also fitted a suspension on mine recently!

about the damper touching the axle, on my other thread jamesmartin and jai advised to cut a bit off as non standard are always longer

did you change yours as fast as i did mine? :D

what do you think of buying another set of the rear springs and fiting them on the front to see if it levels it out?

If he does that it'll more than likely sit flat when his 90 is unladen (bearing in mind he'll have the weight of the engine on the front springs). just as soon as he gets any weight in the back, the back end will sit lower than the front and then it'll look really daft. Many TD5's I have seen always sit higher at the back, much more noticeable with 110's. It comes down to choice. You can either have it sat a little higher at the back as standard which will then level off once the load space is laden, or you can have it level to start with and the back will then sit lower when the load space is laden. The former is much more suitable and looks a hell of a lot better, in my opinion anyway but each to their own.

It's really quite normal

Very fast, hope I can get mine done like that this weekend. But how much did you cut off your rear springs to let the back sit. I have the terrafirma medium duty which I am installing saturday, if it isnt raining.
 
cut off the rear springs??

the problem is only on the front dampers, not the springs.

I took this pic on mine, you can see the end of the damper touching the axle, and the bushes are not even compressed!
I got a blade in there and cut the end off , just above the solid bit before the thread starts.

mine looked the same with the same springs and shocks for the first couple of weeks now sits nice and even as for shocks cut a bit from threds if not the shock bends were it meets the threded part after u hit a few bumps
