when you jack up the wheels is the left side harder to turn by hand than the right?

wheel seems to turn ok
did the bearing check seems ok
Iwill try these bushes hopefully at the weekend (if work does not get in the way)

May sound stupid but are both tyres same tread design, tread depth and pressure? Maybe check your tracking too?
