hi new to this forum and im thinking about buying an 1993 2.5 diesel and was wondering what to expect in mpg if anyone can help i'd appreciate it
tks and if all goes well i could be driving a range rover sooner rather than later

alright mate, good choice in my opinuon, i got a1997 range 2.5dse and round town im getting 27mpg and on a long run (280 miles) to south wales, i get an amazing 33-35mpg, which i must admit i was suprised about when i first brought the range. hope this was of some help to you mate, good luck..

I get 27-28mpg out of my 93 2.5tdi on normal running around a little bit more on a motorway run,can drop a bit when playing off road but overall i find it pretty good.

Hi there. I've got a '98 DSE and I get 28 on average. Worst I got was 24. Go fer it.

its 1993 and they are looking for 4000euros 150k on clock

I have a 1999 DSE and i get 24mpg around town and on a long run on the motorway at 75mph i can get 36mpg which is good going for a heavy car .
