My S3 sadly has to live outside and is not far from a group of trees and open fields. As a result it's getting covered in green mould especially wing tops and tropical roof, also in side window slides. I'd welcome advice on what chemicals if any, others use to keep this under control. Thanks very much

Mine too. Worst is the white roof. I just periodically scrub it off with soap n water. If anyone's got a recommendation?

Leave it long enough and lichen will start to grow - I think it looks quite attractive and you can feed reindeer with it. Otherwise, Jeyes fluid is good. Does tend to leave your landy smelling like a public toilet though....

When I bought mine there was mould on every plastic part of the interior, you could practically taste the spores. The wife took one look and refused to get in it, therefore, I have not cleaned it since, plus, I like the look the green mould makes up for the lack of green paint.

My Series III lives outdoors here in the Maine woods and I had the Mold Attack as you describe. Had tremendous cleaning luck with product called MOLDEX or MOLDZYME. Comes as remover/inhibiter and available via Home Depot. Also available as a concentrate in larger sizes. Did as much as I could in the engine compartment by hand and then used diluted product as an additive to my pressure washer or spray bottle on fine spray to protect the paint.......problem solved.....for awhile at least.....we'll see. Luck my brother. Jerry K
