Old girl failed the blasted mot, needs welding in two places.
Near-side rear body mount, the plate that sits in the wheel arch at the bottom near the sill was blown where the mount is next to it. That was an easy fix and I have done that, cut out and patched with 1.2mm zintec sheet.
The front near-side has a similar plate that sits hidden behind the mudflap and what looks like a floor support plate, there is only about a 2-1/2" gap between the floor support and the bit that needs doing.
This is where I am stuck, I can't see a way to cut out the crap or to get the mig torch in there.
Might have to let the garage do this one if it's too tricky, any ideas??
