Put my 1996 300TDi in for the test this morning, knowing I had a wee hole in the rear wheel arch near the seatbelt mount. Failed on that alone, got a very nice man to weld a plate on for 20 quid, retested this afternoon. Cheapest MOT I've had on the old girl in the 15 years I've had the pleasure of her company. Still in a state of shock, think I need a few beers to calm me down. Might even give her a wash and a hoover out tomorrow to celebrate.
