If it fails on a dangerous it will have the remaining mot removed as obviously it is deemed dangerous by a Dvsa inspector, the station cannot refuse to let you remove your car , a trailer or recovery is the sensible option,if you was foolish enough to drive away/home on a dangerous prepare for the consequences which could resultIf my car fails on something dangerous then fine, I am more than happy to accept it.
What happen now if it fails with "do not drive until fixed" how are you supposed to get it home to fix it?
