Was driving a loud bang and all of sudden no rev counter and no power steering. Got home checked and auxiliary belt snapped. Bought a new one fitted revs are back belt spins OK. But no power steering can hardly turn the wheel? When I first started the car to move it the power steering worked for LG of 5 seconds 5th tben stopped

Have you tried spinning the power steering pulley by hand, without the belt attached?

No ill try tomorrow. when engine running the belt spins ok It's not like it's just no power steering I virtually can't turn the wheel at all.
