The green will be between the pins as well as on the pins. Contact cleaner such a Aeroclene 50 and a stiff brush, but you may need to carfully scrape with the end of a small screwdriver. DO NOT use WD40.will do, just need to get it home first, its only 4 miles away at work If there is any green on the pins what would you recommend to clean it off ?

quick update removed BECM all clean and dry no corrosion, not what I was hoping to find what's next check all the wiring looms ?once again thanks for the advice will let you know what happens
