Hi Everybody. Looking for a reliable, mobile Land Rover savvy mechanic to look after my Discovery starting with a turbo removal and replacement of the re-furbished part. Any recommendations?

Turbo re furb is sorted and I have a rough idea how much that will cost ie between £150 > £350, just need somebody to take it off and put it back on.
Have found two mobile mechs locally one of which I have sent tried to contact by e mail and phone but still await a reply so what is he going to be like when you need to get hold of him? The other called me back and said I would get a price that afternoon and Im still waiting for that.

I would get a Haynes manual have a quick read then take it off yourself,land rovers are not the hardest thing to work on and you have a vast array of knowledge on here.

i got a mobile mechanic out a few years ago
& had the same problem of getting hold of one,
he was at my house 1/2 an hour & it cost me
120 quid,anyway good luck with your motor hope
it all goes well.
