Hiya all. Quick question is it possible to plug and play electric folding mirrors. I have electric mirrors but would like to fit folding mirrors and the switch is this possible? I have a face-lift mk1. Thanks

You'll need the new switch, control relay and new looms for doors or add the extra wires plus mirrors. I am sure the car loom will accommodate the relay and switch but wiring ends at door plug coupler. Two extra wires to each mirror required. Plugs have tiny pins so new loom for each door is simplest.

If I find a complete car would removing the complete wireing loom from the doors help. Mine is a 3dr so know a 5door won't fit.

Yes get 3 door looms and mirrors plus switch and relay. Relay is behind glove box on passenger side.
