Have a search mate, there's been a few threads asking the very same thing lately, you need to e-mail someone or another, pay a few quid, and they send you a full report

A 109 is to early for the MERLIN system. An FoI won't help.

You need to contact the army transport museum in deepcut, Surrey and ask for your vehicles 'B' card

There is an admin fee though.
