Hi All
Just stripped off the door card to see if I could identify why the window doesn't open on my 51 plate Series 2.
Some greedy Metal Moth has eaten the "window guide". the mechanism moves up and down lovely but the guide itself is flapping around.
I can not locate one on line any where and would like to put a stainless one in so I am not here again in a couple of years.
Can anyone help out with a part number and where I can source one??
I don't need the mechanism Just the long strip with 2 bolts in that hold the glass in place??

They got mine as well, I've never seen a stainless replacement though!

I can get hold of the regulator from a dozen different sources.
Just can't locate the guides anywhere - stainless or otherwise.....

They sell plastic window Channel for 90 and defender-wonder if it would work on series?

If it's out like a D1 the whole doortop and guides are one piece.
