Couple of years ago it was Royal & Sun Alliance (same price) but changed to Admiral Multi-Car when my daughter started driving, its been the same price for the last few years with them.
Postcodes play a large part in assessing the risk mind!

Age 57 Norfolk countryside second lowest crime area in the country last time I looked it up

Motor scooter £83, rampdale brokers I do about 3 k miles a year

Me and the wife

Kia Rio £145, Saga, we do about 10k miles per year.

Landrover110 van, disco 200tdi& transfer box, galvanised chassis, doors and bulkhead, led lights, rock sliders, stainless exhaust. £280 iirc via AFlux. Limited milage 5000, but we do about 3 or 4 k mile a fair amount of it towing. Boats.

27ft Elysian motor boat insurance limited to Norfolk broads £260 a couple of hundred miles of very slow enjoyable miles a year..

It was noticeable that the insurance dropped significantly when we moved here from Milton Keynes, it dropped again when we reached 50 it has stayed low for the most part. Age and where you are are most relevant, For example I've seen quotes for a 22 year old on a similar motorscooter 125cc, but in Newcastle for £500 against my £83.and I don't have a full bike licence.

Hi,

As we specialise in modifications I'm sure we can help.

If you wanted to PM me your details I can arrange for our quotes team to get in touch to see what we can do.

Kind regards,
Jordan

for my scooter I use Gary Youngs of Elmstead market (Youngs Insurance Brokers), trading as Allstyles insurance as there bike and scooter brokers division of the company.
We know Gary as a friend through scooter clubs, and saw him out last Sunday on our mods and rockers ride out on his Immaculate Lambretta.
Gary is also a biker too.. ;)

I live near Durham and use AXA insurance. It costs me £17 a month fully comp. I'm 54 years young. :)
Putting my wife on the insurance actually reduced the insurance cost. She never ever drives it as she can't depress the clutch. A good thing, no doubt!

Always put your partner on the insurance ( unless they have lots of points) to the insurance companies it shows you have settled down and are more reliable/ safety conscious.
My wife never drives the 110 but in an emergency she could ( now we've got power steering) red booster clutch to follow my knees are on the way out!.
