Yes that's pretty much what it does but I only have the lock itself, still need the pipework and fittings, looks like flexible stuff in the picture?
It does doesn't it, but am not sure if the PU tube from my experience would serve, and plastic tube wouldn't form an oval coil would it? Maybe it's plastic coated metal tubing?

id only want to use brake piping, and copper if its needs to have bends
