Hi All,

I have a light blue handbag (landrover) come with the disco 1 and have been told by someone that they are rare to come accross and could be worth something.

Is that true or balls?

Thanks

Rare as rocking horse sh*t.

Well,........ really I don't know. But that's one my favorite British expressions, so I'm using it.

I had one of those come with my first Discovery. Didn't realise they were anything special. It went off to the scrappy with the car. :(

Whereabouts do they sit? On top of the storage box?
Were they designed for the 200 or 300 interior?

i assume the 200, cos my 300 has the cubby box instead of the hole that the bags sit on.

It was designed by Jasper Conran when he designed the interior of the first Discovery they sit where the cubby box sits on a 200tdi. the "solid cubby box was a later addition. As to value I've seen em priced from £1 to £150  I have 2 of em sitting in a garage doing fookall. They're not that rare..

Mine was in a v8i that was first registered to the ad company Saatchi and Saatchi in London. It sat on top of the cubby box in a square depression with little clips on the side to stop it falling off.

We kept spare nappies and wet-wipes in it mostly. (For the kids!)
