Nae boather davie, finally got me bus back yesterday:D and the soddin' phone's bin aff till lunchtime the day:mad:
Measured from top of bulkhead to back end and came up with 73". Bottom of bulkhead to back end was 76". Dunno if they're all the same, but mines was a single truck cab converted to hardtop. Hope that helps a little:D

Sikaflex is the way to go, truck body builders use it to stick roof's on the trucks, and it don't come off. There are different grades you can get, the best being 252 (as far as I know). I also think it's used by Airbus, Boeing and BAe to bond wing panels, although what grade I don't know.

Hope this helps.

Rob

hi all got back from the smoke(the land of very clean landys)in 1 piece re sikaflex it seems to do the job but gripfill seems to stand the test of time and comes in a lot cheaper and as its solvent based if you use it indoors after a while you dont care if your plate is squint
