FOUND IT !!!!!!! Supply from fuse 17 must be broken ,its live at the fuse and is supplying the brake lights but not supplying the HEVAC unit, which in turn supplies the air suspension ECU.

Just to clarify for future readers, the HEVAC does NOT feed the EAS ECU. Fuse 17 powers HEVAC, Stop Lamp Switch, EAS Inhibit Switch & Ride Height switch. EAS ECU is fed via F44 & Timer Relay. However failure of F17 may prevent EAS from working !!
