As we have a few days of warm weather I'm thinking of converting my manual sunroofs to electric. Cant quite reach from the drivers seat to open the rear one and the aircon keeps leaking!
So my questions are, has anyone done it sucsessfully...what parts will I need and does anyone have the parts?
I know it will mean taking the headling down and a right kerfuffel and all that but I like a challenge.

Not worth the effort IMO, you'll need the ECU to control the motors, I think the BCU needs to be told that electrics are fitted, might be wrong, plus all of the motors, wiring, switch panels etc etc.

They suffer from lack of use.

Lot of work and expense !. Second hand roof motors go for £80.00 each on ebay.

Cheers guys, guessing I'll leave it and suffer the heat, it'll be cold again soon

Sort out the AC and you won't need to use your sunroofs
